The initiative of SOS plastic Sfax consists in gathering and creating a synergy between the private sector stakeholders involved in the plastic chain in Sfax in order to raise their awareness and engaged them on this problem. The association wishes to set up training workshops and a geographical information system to have a better visibility of the plastic chain in Sfax to facilitate the identification of pollution sources. At the same time, a competition open to start-ups and small businesses will make it possible to identify and support two innovative projects proposing alternatives to plastic.
