The association “Méditerranée
2000” aims to support camping and holiday resorts in the improvement of their
practices and to raise awareness of the public on site.
The action will be led in two
steps:
- Diagnosis to determine best practices
and challenges of the plastic using habits of touristic establishments.
- Raising awareness of tourists:
educational workshops, quizzes, information campaigns, workshops and experiments.
Additionally, these activities will provide advice and tips to reduce plastic
use in everyday life.
Zero plastic picnic kits will
be given to the participants to encourage the use of plastic alternatives.
