IUCN is hiring two consultants

IUCN-Med is seeking two consultants for separate State-of-the-Art Reviews of Scientific Studies on Plastic Pollution, one for Albania and the other for Tunisia.

BeMed+ Project Summary:
The project aims to reduce plastic pollution in the Mediterranean by supporting stakeholders, sharing experiences, and implementing pilot actions in Albania and Tunisia. The tools and solutions developed will be shared within the BeMed network for replication.

Tasks include:

Analysing public documents and consult with key stakeholders.
Developing a state-of-the-art review on plastic pollution and waste management.
Organising workshops to present findings and gather feedback from local and national stakeholders.
Supporting the implementation of waste management action plans using consolidated data.
