| The aim of this workshop was to discuss alternatives to single-use plastics, but also the limitations of some existing ones. Therefore, the importance of including life cycle assessment of products in order to implement really effective measures to reduce the plastic footprint is highlighted. It focuses on the HoReCa sector, but also on local alternatives (Kerkennah islands; Hyères islands). |
