Abstract

Where do we start to eliminate and reduce single-use plastics (SUP)?

This was the first question that needed an answer during the pilot project at the InterContinental Marseille- Hotel Dieu, where more than fifty single-use plastics were identified. A suggestion of methodology from BeMed’s Business Club, which can be applied to other sectors, has been developed in order to prioritize and sequence the SUPs reducing approach.
